As your business grows and your team becomes larger, there comes a point where the number one thing that drives your business stops being solely how much good work you can personally produce, and starts to become about how good you are at enabling others to do their life’s best work.

When it comes to inspiring people to do great work and reach new levels of thinking, do not tell them specifically what they need to do but rather show them the path forward and what will be required of them. Do not teach them to gather wood.
